Kwang_Xi.jpg - A friend (Richard Hudson) had told me that the nearby waterfalls (Kwang Xi) were worth going to. So I took a look this time. He was right! | 48 KB |

JC_Kwang_Xi.jpg - The Kwang Xi falls were similar to the Erawan Falls in Kanchanaburi, Thailand. Many stepped falls that one could explore alone and swim in. These were a bit bigger and in some cases more developed (sometimes with wood steps, etc). | 45 KB |

Monks.jpg - Just some monks doing repair work. The monks in this town are known to be very friendly and chatty. I think they send 'em here from all over Laos. I was supprised to find out that many of the youth are just "doing the monk thing" for a few months to appease their families and win Karma points. | 46 KB |
